We are very new to this!

We are newly married couple and would like to try something new. We havn't tried anything like this before.
We would quite like to watch another couple to start off with. But we might like to try swinging with a single couple.
We live in the UK but we are coming to New York City for a 2 week holiday from the 22nd Dec to the 4th Jan.
We would like to know if there are any suggestions.
