Brooklyn

Plumb Beach

  • You should know that the parks service now closes Plumb Beach at night - no more dogging there. :(

Potter's Falls-Six Mile Creek

  • Ithaca - off Route 79 - path leads down to a beautiful gorge with a waterfall. Clothing optional sunbathing, swimming and more.

Braddock Bay Park In Greece

  • Parking lot near carousel, lots of action late at night . I've also seen couples getting it on in broad day , in the past, but not as of late.

Hyde Park

  • North of Hyde Park on route 9g on left is a big turn off in between gas station and the animal hospital. There is always someone there waiting for something to happen if interested leave passenger door open. Turn inside light on a few times.

Hudson Falls

  • Parking areas across the bridge over the Hudson from Hudson Falls. Quiet spots with no hassles whatsoever. Anything goes from dusk to dawn. One parking area right off the road, the other more private and well off the road.

Brooklyn

  • There are three dogging sites along the belt parkway, the first is a rest area before the eastbound 4th avenue exit, right under the Verrazano bridge. The 2nd is a rest area between the 4th avenue exit and the 14th avenue exit on the belt parkway. The 3rd is after the 14th ave exit and right (immediately) before the bay parkway exit. Plum beach is right after the Knapp street exit, and is closed at night from 9pm until 7 am. It was the major dogging site for years, but the parks department and police department set the park (which is also another rest area on the belt parkway) to be closed at night because of two high profile homicides that were related to dogging activities that occurred at plum beach. Some activity, although rate, does occur there, usually when it gets dark. Sometimes the gate to lock the parking lot is left open, but getting caught in the park during closing may result in a ticket. A final dogging site along the belt is at the rockaway parkway exit at the pier. Even the pier is now closed from 3am through 6am. The pier has some, although minor, dogging and voyuerism.
